Canceling and Rescheduling Appointments
Appointments can be canceled up to 12 hours in advance. I work as a substitute teacher on days that I do not have client appointments. If you cancel an appointment, I will need to replace that lost income with teaching income. In order to allow me enough time to take a teaching job, I will need at least 12 hours notice to cancel an appointment. If you cannot provide 12 hours notice, please email me to cancel by 5:30am Pacific Time on the day of your appointment. If you cancel after 5:30am on the day of your appointment, you will receive a bill for the cost of the appointment. Thank you for understanding and helping ensure I have the income to support my family.
Home visits
Home visits are available upon request. I will serve anywhere in Clatsop County. Please allow an additional 20 minutes for set up and tear down. Please make sure you have an 8×4’ space to set up the reiki table. I will add a mileage reimbursement rate at the current federal rate.
Refund policy
All services I offer are subtle healing modalities that work through the physical, mental, emotional, and etheric bodies. The effects are felt over the long term and may include physical healing as well as changes to the life path. For these reasons, services cannot be refunded. Keep in mind that all healing is self-healing, and I am a here to facilitate your connection to Source. My services are not Western medicine. Western medicine sees the body as merely physical and seeks to provide relief from symptoms. Yet, the body is not merely physical, and the effects of Eastern healing traditions are not merely physical. Eastern medicine emphasizes long-term, subtle treatment of the energetic causes of dis-ease. Scheduling an appointment with me indicates that you understand this and that you have appropriate expectations about subtle healing.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept many forms of payment and will send you an invoice with payment instructions. A late penalty may be assessed if you are unable to fulfill the payment arrangement within 7 days of your appointment.
Financial Assistance
Discounts are available for those who need assistance. Please inquire with me directly at [email protected]. Financial assistance must be approved before scheduling services. I will consider barters. Barter arrangements must be approved before scheduling services. Discounts are not available on sacred oils.
Late and No-Show policy
A 15-minute cushion is available to all clients. These first 15 minutes will not eat into your appointment time, and I will extend your appointment by up to 15 minutes. Showing up for your appointment beyond the first 15 minutes will cut into the service time, and you will need to pay for the length of the appointment you originally booked. Not showing up to an appointment is understandable under unforeseen, extreme circumstances. After the second no-show, you will receive a bill for the cost of your missed appointment. A third no-show will result in a bill and in termination of our client-provider relationship.
